Let yourself be enchanted by the unmistakable aroma of freshly baked pastries, our warm brioches, which are a symbol of continental breakfast, the freshness of seasonal fruit, and the flavor and quality of freshly ground coffee, with a variety of coffee options to suit all needs, including vegan beverages (oat milk) prepared by our innovative 'Gaggia' automatic machine.

The buffet is constantly monitored and replenished to ensure that all guests enjoy a complete and balanced selection of products, providing the right start to the day with protein, carbohydrates, and fiber to get the body moving after waking up.

Every morning it offers fresh products including:

Sweet:

• at least 5 homemade desserts (like grandma's sponge cake, tarts, carrot cakes, apple cakes, orange cake, chocolate cake, coconut cake, etc.)
• plain croissants, mini baked goods/pastries, shortbread cookies, rusks, small cookies
• various types of jam (such as cherry, peach, orange), honey, spreadable chocolate, pistachio cream, and berry jam
• 2 types of yogurt: mixed fruit and plain
• 4 types of cereal: corn, chocolate, puffed rice, and oat with dried fruit
• nuts, seeds, superfoods, fresh and dried/candied fruit to pair with yogurt or milk

Savory:

• olive oil rolls, Tuscan DOP bread
• Tuscan cold cuts such as prosciutto crudo, Tuscan salami or capocollo, cooked ham
• Pienza DOP pecorino cheese and fontina cheese, Philadelphia
• hard-boiled eggs
• cherry tomatoes and lettuce

Drinks:

• juices (blood orange, ACE)
• various types of tea and infusions
• hot drinks prepared with a Gaggia machine, including freshly ground coffee and vegan options (oat milk)
