The refined and pleasant restaurant offers the good Tuscany and Mediterranean cuisine with a wide range of typical plates accompanied with excellent local wines (I.g.t. , D.o.c. e D.o.c.g.).
The restaurant is well-known for its specialties which are natural and genuine, with attention to details, where taste and superb home cuisine meet, inebriating the palate with an authentic taste experience.

Homemade pasta, healthy cooked meat and vegetables with extravirgin Pienza olive oil D.o.p.., first choice meats are proposed with grilled and oven-cooked at low temperatures, adapting the most suitable cooking method to the meat cut to preserve the nutritional value. The cuisine is so healthy, genuine and light In the restaurant you will receive all the attention necessary to help you in the choice of food. We pay particular attention to guests with eating disorders (e.g. people with celiac disease, allergies and intolerances). It is possible to prepare vegan and vegetarian diets and special menus for kids.

It is recommended to book in advance. Meals are served at 12:45 PM and 19:45 PM, since we have chosen to serve fresh and cooked dishes at the time, with different courses being created every day.

Breakfast with buffet is served from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM in a dedicated room.

You will find all the coffee products servedat the table, together with our buffet food.
